All About the Bubbles:Exploring the World of Sparking Wine

Are you looking for something unique to do for the Valentine’s Day weekend? Celebrate with a fun and delicious wine class featuring sparkling wine. You’ll discuss the different styles and flavor characteristics of sparkling wine, sip on examples of each from producers all over the world, and talk about the history, grape varietals, and winemaking practices of each style so you’ll walk away with a better understanding of what to look for in your next bottle of bubbles.

In this hour-long class, you’ll enjoy a tasting of five different sparkling wines, paired with a delicious cheese and charcuterie plate. Beth Richman, WSET Level 3 and CSW, will lead the tasting and discussion in the intimate and romantic setting of Trisaetum’s subterranean wine cave. Join Trisaetum Winery for this fun and educational experience to celebrate the holiday and learn about the many ways winemakers get the bubbles in the bottle.
