In this one-hour class, winemaker and Trisaetum founder James Frey will take you on a journey into the brain of a winemaker…and more specifically try to answer the question of what is it about the brains of the world’s greatest winemakers that make them the world’s greatest winemakers? Is a left-brain, scientific approach more important, or does a right-brain, creative approach produce better wines?
