Trick or Treat Street is Back!This annual event, hosted by the Newberg Downtown Coalition, promises family-friendly fun and sweet treats on E First Street in downtown Newberg! The event will run from 5-7pm on Tuesday October 31, 2023. People of all ages will be walking around downtown so please be aware and drive safely.Here are some Halloween Tips To Keep In MindFor Motorists- Watch for children crossing streets or walking on roadways, medians and curbs- Enter and exit driveways and alleys carefully- 5-9pm are prime trick-or-treating hours for most neighborhoods. Be especially careful during this timeFor Trick or Treaters- A responsible adult should accompany young children when trick or treating- Teach children never to enter a stranger's home or car- Tell children not to eat any treats until they return home
