In collaboration with JORY’s culinary team, Chef Olenka will take guests on a mouthwatering journey into the heart of Peru’s culinary culture. The evening will begin with a welcome reception and traditional Pisco sour cocktails alongside three delectable hors d’oeuvres to warm up the palate. The night will transition into a sumptuous four-course dinner, guided by Chef Olenka through each dish’s story and inspiration. The evening will conclude with a live book signing of her new cookbook.
