This “movement to stillness” approach to meditation was designed to address the modern day human’s needs by working with the body to literally shake off restless energy and express emotions physically before bringing oneself naturally into a state of stillness and quietude.
This 1-hour meditation practice is divided into four 15-minute segments that will help you unlearn the energy of efforting and instead find relaxation, peace and self-acceptance in a meditation practice.
Please bring your own mat for this class, chairs can be provided if needed as well.
