Funk in the Forest is an independent music festival with a funk focus that has been bringing together local music and art of all types in the Willamette Valley since 2013.
The doors open at 3:30 p.m. and the music runs from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. All ages are welcome, but you must be 21+ with legal ID to purchase alcohol at the festival. Well behaved dogs on a leash are welcome. Any dogs not on leash will be asked to leave. Funk in the Forest reserves the right to accept or deny entry of any pet on a case by case basis. Free parking is available anywhere in Avery Park. Parking is first come, first serve. Spots near the Thompson Shelter fill up quickly, so come early if you need to park close. Most parking anywhere in the park is a short walk.
