Be among the few to experience the debut of this one-night-only immersive Seasonal Farm & Forage. An elevated, behind-the-scenes culinary evening. Step beyond the ordinary as Chef Jesus guides you through a multi-course experience featuring ingredients sourced as locally as possible (often from the Sokol Blosser Estate garden).

Join Chef Jesus as he pulls back the curtain and invites you into his world of innovation and creation. Each dish is artfully paired with wines from the cellar, creating a one-of-a-kind exploration of flavor and craftsmanship.

This year indulge in an intimate celebration of warmth, connection, and culinary artistry where the bounty of the Willamette Valley meets the spark of imagination.

As this is a thoughtfully curated set menu, substitutions are not available. Guests with dietary restrictions are welcome to reach out in advance and the team will do their best to guide you through what to expect or note any courses that may be missed.
