The Elevated Tasting includes Fairsing Vineyard's new 2022 Vintage Blanc de Blanc, for added sparkle. Reservations are required for the Elevated Tastings Experience - $65 per guest (20% gratuity applies).

Fairsing Club members are $40 per guest. Club member savings extend to a maximum of four (4) per seating.

Walk-ins are welcome to enjoy the current-release wine flight ($30) and a variety of optional culinary pairings. Reserve via Fairsing Vineyard's website. Seatings are limited. Shared tasting unavailable.
