Bubbles & Caviar: Dinner in the Garden

A grand finale to The Allison Inn & Spa's summer garden party series, featuring Oregon’s first and only caviar producer, Oregon Royal Sturgeon, alongside Domaine Serene’s finest sparkling wines. This is a celebration of luxury in the garden at its peak!

Chef Andrew Toombs is preparing an indulgent, multi-course, family-style dinner with curated wine pairings, surrounded by the soft sounds of live jazz and the beauty of the garden in peak summer.
