Walk the vines with Ambar Estate owner, Rob Townsend, and Soter Vineyards owner and winegrower, Tony Soter. Learn the rhythms of biodynamic farming and settle in for bubbles and seasonal bites along the way. End the morning at a full spread, thoughtfully curated by Soter Vineyards Head Chef Clayton Allen, where the land and the table finally meet.
