Clare is opening her home studio to a few very intimate curated dinners this winter. This very first dinner celebrates the wild bounty of the Pacific Northwest.

Chef Paul Stanislaw is bringing his culinary artistry to help kick off this series by featuring the range of Oregon’s prized foraged mushrooms alongside meat from the farm, all paired with big table wines. Chef Paul & Joe (the guy, not the ram) have been collaborating on this dinner for a fist full of years. The team is excited to bring their deep knowledge, love of foraging, and local flavor to our table!
